Modular Pipe Racks and Pipe Bridges

Large pipe racks (25’ w x 40’ h) support up to 27 pipelines which range in size from 2” to 36." Pipelines are built from either carbon or stainless steel. The pipe connections are mostly welded; however, Victaulic or flange connections are used on some of the lines. Most of the pipelines have fiberglass insulation and some include heat trace. Assembly is simply a process of setting the rack on a column, confirming pipe alignments, and welding the pipe ends between racks. Our ability to modularize this process improved quality and provided the customer with cost savings.
